ちょっとした楽しみのためのページを作ってみました。（初公開日：September 4, 2020）
IT（情報技術）に関係した話題を取り上げてみました。
また、Linux とは直接関係ありませんが、Linux と同じような自由な考え方のもとで、ウェブ上で自由かつ無料で再配布されている著作物が多数あります。
小説や短編小説、エッセイなども取り上げて紹介しま す。著作権が無いパブリック・ドメインとなった作品がおもですが、
古今東西の有名な古典を読むことができます。なお、部分的に翻訳を施した文献もあります。この分野では、Project Gutenburg
の取り組みが世界で先駆けとなりました。その後も収録される書籍は着実に増加しており、今日においてもその種の電子図書館では最も有名です。
日本の青空文庫も これと似た取り組みであると言えます。電子書籍は後述のとおり Linux 用のアプリが対応しています。

NHK 高校講座「社会と情報」というテレビ番組では、高校生向けに情報技術の基礎講座を放送しています。インターネットでもオンデマンドでストリーム配信しています。IT（情報技術）の基本が楽しく学べるのでおすすめできます。
NHK 高校講座「社会と情報」 URL: https://www.nhk.or.jp/kokokoza/tv/syakaijouhou/Voice of America が放送用に作成した様々なコンテンツがパブリック・ドメインで公開されています。 コンテンツによってはオーディオとビデオを含みます。 英語を第二や第三の言語として学習する場合に役立つよう配慮された内容です。もちろん、語学学習のためでなく、 単に知識や教養を得る目的でも十分楽しめるように構成されています。内容のごく一部を紹介します。 （基本単語 1,500語や付録を収録した VOA Word Book が利用できます。）

Count Dracula had directed me to go to the Golden Krone Hotel, which I found, to my delight, to be thoroughly old-fashioned, for of course I wanted to see all I could of the ways of the country. When I came close she bowed, and said: “The Herr Englishman?” “Yes,” I said, “Jonathan Harker.” She smiled, and gave some message to an elderly man in white shirt-sleeves, who had followed her to the door. Bram Stoker was an English writer. He was well known for his novel "Dracula". It is a classic novel today, as movie films according to its plot made very popular in the world. Dracula is a devil or called vampire that he created in the novel, who searches human's blood in the mid-night.
